Drivers
CDL Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Must pass pre-employment screening.
- 23 years of age.
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.
- No DUI within the last 5 years.
Non-CDL Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Must pass pre-employment screening.
- 21 years of age.
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.

Second Shift Dispatcher
- Process all incoming calls from customers.
- Quote shipping prices, time lines, special pricing, shipping instructions, Truck/Driver specifications, fuel charges. Etc.
- Make bids via the Internet, notify customers of out of town truck routes and locations.
- Process orders entering all shipping information, delivery, driver, truck, times special instructions and pricing.
- Fill out work orders and print maps for drivers.
- Supervise and dispatch drivers and call drivers in as needed.
- Take arrival times and P.O.D’s from drivers and enter the information into DMS, fax paperwork as requested, call customers with P.O.D and load count.
- Issue verbal and written warnings to drivers.
- Direct drivers with accident/incident reports and problem situations, notifying proper authorities according to the accident and incident procedure outline.
- Prepare work orders for on coming shift, dispatching drivers as needed.
- Brief following shift on shipments pending, drivers available, drivers out on the road and any other issues.
- Enter daily sales for each location to be used on the days end report.
- Smart-Mail.
- Set up drivers and trucks for following shift and earlier morning shift.
- Review trip reports.
- Other duties assigned by manager.
