Delivery: All orders of inventoried merchandise will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock. It will be back ordered and you will be notified when the item will be shipped. Custom imprinted items will generally be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks of order receipt. These orders are subject to a billable 10% variance more than or less than your requested amount. Every effort will be made to meet deadline dates.
Shipping: Pricing does not include freight and handling. Normal shipment method will be UPS unless otherwise specified on order form.
Damaged Shipments: Notify shipper and VIP Promotions, LLC immediately of any problems. No merchandise accepted for return without prior approval.
State Tax: WI add state sales tax on merchandise and shipping or supply resale of tax-exemption certificate.
